I have seen some online, but shipping is very expensive. The ones that you can buy in a store have small weight stacks. I just need some places to look that are stores.
Sears!! or buy a used one off ebay!

None. All are gimmicks.
Want an inexpensive home gym equipment? It costs you nothing. Nada, Zero, Zilch, a big goose egg.
You already have it and you have to basically start using it. Want to know what it is?
Scroll….. down…..
Your pair of legs. That’s right. Your legs. Start walking. Save your money. Do 1 hour of walking AFTER a meal. Do not eat a major meal in the evening. Do that at lunch hour. Go for a walk both in EARLY morning (5 AM) and later in the evenings, after 6 PM. Tell me, can you do that diligently. Stop pi$$ing around with gym equipment. They are pure, out and out gimmicks.

that I might actually use? I know I wouldn’t use a weight machine. I know there are tons of different things out there, I want to get something I will actually use and wont just become a coat rack.
What have you used that has actually worked?
I advise getting a pair of 5-pound weights for weight training and a cardio exercise video. Even if you don’t use them, you won’t have blown a lot of dough.

I am a 36 DD and i weigh about 145 and ive just started goin to a gym well i want to tone everything and try to reduce the size of my breast so what gym equipment or exercise should i concetrate on?
Hey, good going on getting some exercise into your lifestyle. Besides toning and looking good, your body will love you because of all the health benefits exercise provides!
If you want a great form of exercise, want to save money on a gym membership and get into a really effective form of exercise that is fun, look into mini-trampoline exercise. You don’t have to bounce very much to get a lot of benefits. http://www.improving-health-and-energy.com/mini-trampoline-exercise.html
I’d also suggest getting someone at the gym to help you plan out a routine that gives you some good cardiovascular exercise, like the bike, treadmill or aerobics plus some gentle strength training, which helps your body burn fat and lose inches the most.
Mini-trampoline exercise gives your whole body a cardiovascular and a resistance workout – for every cell in your body.
Cheers,
BB

does anyone know what fitness equipment or gear sold on infomercials in the late 90’s, where u slide on this 4 or 5 ft. slippery floor side to side wearing these footies over your shoes?
It’s called a Power Slide, you can buy one on Amazon for $149.
Glad I could help.

I have an old DP Fitness for Life Air Strider. I call it a stand up bicycle, since their is no seat. On it, my feet go around in a pedal motion. For my arms, I hold on to two levers (handles) that go back and forth and enable my arms to make the same motion I would make if I was running. The whole exercise seems equivalent to jogging without the impact that you would get on the ground. I really liked this machine, but it is now worn out. What do they call this kind of exercise equipment today? Where can I get a good deal, possibly factory refurbished? Thanks!
