I am currently doing the P90x program. You will need a set of push up bars, yoga mat, pull up bar, yoga block(if you are new to yoga) various dumbbell weights(adjustable db are great), and a pen to write your stats down.

I have a Gym Membership and I would like to know which equipment to use I want to lose weight over time and lift my butt and rounded it out. Do anybody have any routines I good do if I go 4 times a week also about how much weight will I lose.

Do squats and any leg curl machines. Think about consulting a trainer which may be able to give a run through this type of routine for free one time. Most gym memberships come with this service. Also, http://glycocarn.com/ may help you burn fat and increase your muscle in your butt.

Are they selling this thing in the US? This is the greatest thing ever. I’ve actually seen women trying these things out in department stores here. One more reason to love Japan. The katakana says “fitness machine”"Cowboy Little.” Particularly crappy video since I just recorded the TV screen.

There are many places offer fitness equipment.
One of the places to buy fitness equipment is online portals such as eBay are where most of the machines end up being sold.

If you will buy fitness equipment, you must have a plan for finding the equipment that best suits your needs.
Determine your fitness goals must be achieved, where you would put your equipment, and how much room you have for it.
Also, determine your equipment needs. So it’s well worth getting to understand what’s on the market, and shopping around before you buy fitness equipment.

Once you have an idea of what you want before you buy fitness equipment, you’re less likely to make a premature decision.
Plus, when you’re ready to buy fitness equipment, you’re best served by considering a specialty dealer rather than a big-box store and internet purchasing.

If you buy fitness equipment only one or two pieces at the gym then buying those machines for yourself can actually represent a saving over time as you no longer have to pay monthly fees for the gym.
