Name some good exercise equipment to have at home?

Hi, I was just wondering what exercise equipment you think is good to have at home for workouts outside of the gym? This is what I have:

An exercise ball

A mini trampoline
A jumping rope
Hula hoops
Yoga mat

What else should I add? Thanks!

Some light free weights, such as dumbbells or a kettle bell

How can I reach 165 Lbs from 185 Lbs in a month?

5 feet and 11 inches

I don’t like gym. I prefer home exercises and equipment-free exercise advices.

Crash diet would probably be a bad idea. I’m working on my diet.

What else should I do, naturally?

I was 205 pounds, and now I’m almost 185 pounds. I feel good. Though, are there any faster ways to lose 20 pounds from 185 pounds in a month?

First of all, congratulations on already losing 20 pounds! That’s impressive, and you should be very proud.

NX is an at-home workout program that you can do from the comfort of your home and doesn’t require any equipment. What easy at home exercise burns the most off,or what is the best at home work out?

I was wondering what at home exercise burns off the most or what is the best easy at home work out,with out any equipment,to burn the most off? Even if it isn’t the same every day,like if I have to change up and do 1 routine Mon.,Wed.,and Fri.,and the other routine Tues.,Thurs.,Sat.,and Sun. Looking to tighten and tone my thighs,legs,stomach,rear,upper arms,and breast area while I loose weight. I am already on a diet but looking for the best work out to benefit me. 35 yr old female. No equipment at home,and no access to the gym right now. I can do indoor or outdoor routine,workout or walking.

Fortunately Jeanie, you don’t really need any equipment.

What you likely want to do 3 day a week fullbody workout, and on the offdays do some cardio.

Google bodyweight compound muscle exercises or similar. Some would be squats, pull-ups, push-ups, handstand push-ups(use a wall) and crunches. Those will target all your main muscle groups. As for cardio, jogging on the spot is a simple but effective one, or going for a run. The key to focus on is intensity. The harder you workout the more gains you’ll make. For instance, walking for a an hour will not burn nearly as many calories as running will. But of course,your current level of fitness will dictate where you start.
