To be completely honest, if you had asked me in the past which was the better way to workout, working out from home, or working out at a gym, I would have most definitely have said working out at the gym was better. Maybe the main reason for this preference was that I had never really experienced regular home and outdoor workouts, and hadn’t explored alternative ways to train until over the last 6 months. With that in mind, it is important on learning a well balanced home workout routine, and how to train at home safely.

A well balanced home workout routine also means that you will work your whole body evenly, which in turn will not only help you to look great all over, but also promote great posture and muscle balance too. The best home workouts should have an even mixture of push, pull and lift exercises. You may also want to incorporate exercises for your core muscles.

The workout is under 24 minutes, and the best thing about it is the exercises are easy to learn, but very very effective when put into this combination. Note: Follow the workouts in this order and it will produce insane results.

About best exercise equipment for home for about 10k.?

Hi, i want to buy an exercise machine so i can workout at home. I thought of treadmills but they overshoot the budget and i was told not to buy any cycling equipments. If anyone out there can suggest me something in 10k range please do. Thanks.

Buy a yoga mat, Join 2 month classes of power-yoga. A good class cost not more than 3k a month and then u can do at home. that’s best workout for home.
