Home Training with a Stability Ball Part 4 – Cari and Julieanna

Friday, April 1st, 2011

This is Part 4 in the series by Cari http://www.fitnesstrainingbyjon.com and Julieanna http://www.plantbaseddietitian.com. When I begin working with a client in their home, the first piece of equipment I tell them to buy is a Swiss ball or Stability Ball. The presence of the Swiss Ball is everywhere. We find them in large public gyms, private personal training studios, physical therapy offices, corporate board rooms, etc. There are many great benefits of making a stability ball Part of your fitness/exercise routine. It is great for your core, balance, stability and is fun! The stability ball is also versatile and adds some variety into your fitness and exercise routine.

Marcy Inspire M4 Multi Gym

Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011

http://www.connection-fitness.co.uk Iso-lateral movement is a term that you hear pretty often when speaking about modern multi-gyms. What it actually means is that each side is completely independent and free to move in pretty much any direction. This means you target the muscles on each side individually, which is much better for symmetry and overall strength. This type of action also helps to develop the core stabiliser muscles in the mid-section.

This gym is loaded with special features such as a lat tower that splits for a cable crossover exercise, as well as a bench that rolls to the side to make the high pulley more accessible.

The M4 also comes standard with a dual adjustable pulley column for important exercises like bicep curl and tricep extension. This pulley column has been designed to offer a quarter pulling ratio, so that each 10 lb. weight plate offers 2.5 lbs of resistance. These smaller increments are important for smaller muscle groups. Undoubtedly the most well equipped home gym on the market today.

# Iso-Lateral – Greater Freedom of Movement
# 8 Position Press Station
# Multi Adjustment Bench
# Suitable For Light Commercial Use

http://buyhomefitnessequipment.net
Welcome, health advocates! If you’re looking for a place to buy home fitness equipment, you’ve come to the right place! We started this store to benefit the many people who want to buy fitness equipment for their home. We recognize the importance of fitness and believe that everyone should exercise. But many people can’t afford to buy expensive gym memberships, in which case they look for quality equipment that they can use at home.
We all have different reasons for wanting to buy home fitness equipment. The everyday man or woman who struggles to get his or her daily exercise, for example, may come here to buy fitness equipment for financial reasons. Gyms are fun. But again, memberships are expensive and can also be a major inconvenience to the holder. Even though you have to buy them in order to use them, some people end up wasting their memberships because they have to leave home in order to use the fitness equipment. If the weather is bad or you have children and can’t find a sitter, using that fitness equipment may not be possible. Nobody wants to waste money, but sometimes we buy things without considering the drawbacks.

We give everyone the opportunity to buy home fitness equipment by offering AFFORDABLE and ECONOMIC choices for all those who believe that fitness is important to their everyday health—and even those who don’t. As fitness advocates, we understand that while there are many people who want to buy home fitness equipment, there are also people who shrug off physical fitness because they think they can’t afford to buy the equipment. In some cases, they simply have no desire to exercise at all, let alone buy home fitness equipment. We’re here to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for everyone!

Whether you aren’t interested in shaping up or staying in shape, or you’re too young to buy home fitness equipment yourself, we’re here to help you understand the importance of exercise. People are more likely to follow an exercise program when they can do it in the comfort of their own home. However, the ability to buy fitness equipment is first and foremost. Since you have to buy home fitness equipment in order to use it, you’re only going to do that if you can afford it.

We have a few goals here, and giving our customers the opportunity to buy home fitness equipment for affordable prices is one of them. Getting everyone to use that home equipment and maintain physical fitness is another. Even if you use someone else’s and buy your own in the future, the important thing is that you continue to lead an active lifestyle, or start promoting healthy living today—for your good health!

hi girls(fitness equipment suggestion),which one would help better?

Thursday, March 3rd, 2011

which one you guys use??

my mother is a fitness freak, her birthday is comin up la bla bla..she’s 5′8" tall and about 125 lbs.(she’d definitely expect me to buy her sth useful).she’s intrested in home fitness equipments and i thought maby it would be a good idea to buy her sth like a vibro shape belt, steam belt or sth.what do you suggest?which one’s better??

If your mother is truly interested in fitness, buying her a belt is not something she would appreciate. These gimmicks are often sold to people who have no fitness knowledge, as these devices are ineffective and based on poor science. Those that have some knowledge in fitness have no interest in these items and will most likely collect dust.

Try something like a kettle bell set or adjustable kettle bell or work out clothing.
