I turned my family room into a home gym. What color should I paint it? I want it to be energetic, and still practical for a family room too. Right now it is an off white color with a wall boarder of pansy flowers. It looks pretty, but doesn’t really feel to me, like it is setting the right tone. Someone help !! Thanks

Any really good paint store should have color charts available
for you to walk away with—so pick one up and take your time
in choosing— there should be at least six or eight very good
contenders for you to make choice from and have it be your own "special" thing !!

I’m 18, not out of shape, but i don’t have the body i want. (im a guy). i don’t want to go out and buy weights and i can’t join a gym. How do i get ripped at home with out weights?

I’ve seen a couple of commercials on randy coutures new home gym with the resistance bands. I’m a powerlifter but i think that could add a great supplemental workout for the early mornings before i go to class. Can anyone tell me the name of it and if they’ve used it how they like it. I’ve tried the P 90X and it’s not really what I’m looking for. It’s tough as hell I just would like something with the bands. Thanks for your help!

I am trying to find a wall mural approx. 23ft long by 7-8 ft tall for our home gym. Cant find what i am looking for w/out spending tons of money, already did that by putting gym together.
