Any home gyms that you recommend?

I want the gym to be able to MAINLY work out, burn fat, and tone the core, and if it can, work out the rest of the body. We need the home gym to be large enough so that a 6 foot+ male, 200 lbs+ male can use it.

We need it to be under 300 bucks. We thought about the Ab Rocket Twister, but it only works on people 5′10", 200 lbs under

Probably be better of investing in a set of adjustable dumbells. Free weights will work more muscle recruit more stabilizers and burn more calories. Adjustable dumbells will also save you a little money in the long run and will grow with you as you get stronger.

I believe some home gyms are limited to incline benching, but with a home gym and a bench set, would that be optimal for working the pecs? Or would just a home gym be sufficient for working the chest/pecs?

I have imported fitness equipment from China for many years. It is not simple to do business oversea. For most products, china provides a good price. But you need check a lot of things, like costs, freight, local charge, duties and other risk. You can ask for a agent or forwarder to help you at the start.

As for fitness equipment products, you can try some b2b site. I mainly purchase from "jinyun perfect fitness equipment co., ltd." They give me a good service and reasonable price with qualified products. You need to find a suitable supplier, who can help you and support you. It is suggested to find several potential supplier and choose the one.

I’m 15 years old (16 next month) and I want to get some fitness equipment like dumbbells and wrist grips from sports-direct over the road. I was just wondering if you have to be a certain age like 16 to buy them.

No. All age is allowed. Exercising can’t do anything bad for your health if you are young, unlike smoking or drinking, so there is no restrictions. I personally bought my first weight set when I was 13. The only requirement is that you should be strong enough to be able to get that set home lol.

What would be the best complete home gym set out there for a beginner?

I’m looking to get into exercising and I’m trying to find out what would be the best home gym to get? The only one I know about is Bowflex. I saw the Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym for a little under $500. Would this be good to start out with or is there something better I should look into?

You could invest in some weights, and a bench for a lot less money.
There are a lot of places that sell used Equipment, and it doesn’t take up a lot of room.
That way if you lose interest you wouldn’t be out $500.
All sorts of exercise routines on line.
