what is the best fitness machine to lose weight?
i want to hire a machine for a while and the general options from what i can see are ellipticals, treadmills, exercise bikes and rowing machines. Please tell me if you have had experience with these machines and what is best for losing generalized weight as well as perhaps slimming thighs (but not those day time TV advertisement machines.)
thanks a lot

Did you know that additional weight is not constantly due to additional body fat? There can be a great deal of extra weight basically sitting around in your colon. The latest diet supplement will flush out your colon and help you to shed up to twenty lbs, regularly from your waistline (show me a person who does not wish to shed some pounds from their waistline LOL!!). There is a risk free trial available at http://cineth.bestfatfree.info I have been taking it for 3 weeks now and it’s definitely having an effect!!

Weight loss became a nightmare for me until I checked out colon cleanse. I acknowledge they say that pills do not work, but they definitely worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on CBS News too. There is a free trial going on at the moment at http://vilert.mansdiet.info , give it a try, what’s the worst that could happen?

On some occasions dieting and exercising just isn’t sufficient, because there will be excess weight just sitting around in the insides. It is not body fat, therefore it can’t be burned off, nevertheless it will be rinsed out, just by using a diet supplement. http://winets.wholeness2u.info has a risk free offer on offer currently, I gave it a whirl and melted away 17 pounds!! Who says there is no magic bullet? LOL!!!

You need to go to therapy to find out what the underlying cause may be. it has to be more than a craving…maybe a hormone imbalance or something medically or mentally out of whack. you need to start exercising and eat fresh fruits/vegies, berries and fiber when you want to eat the junk food. occupy your time with reading, walking, hanging out with friends, etc. attend church. having God on your side always helps. For exercise try this (it worked for me ) http://www.weightlossdisc.com
