I’ve lost 80lbs in … I’ve lost 80lbs in the last 3 years but I think if I quit smoking Id just start gaining again..What are you doing to not stuff your face as an alternative to smoking?

Seth…honestly.. … Seth…honestly..you are giving me some hope that I might actually have a shot at quitting smoking. I’ve never tried to quit, but I think about it every day. I’ve been smoking for 16 years. Thanks for sharing…you’ve really helped inspire me to try.
i quit smoking for … i quit smoking for like 3 months n i kept thikin wow this is easy, willpower is powerful but as soon as something big hits u, u realise that the ascociation in ur mind between and happiness neva reli goes away and u can easily fall back into it, the long road is the one with the most bumps.
i’ll wait while … i’ll wait while you’re boring. times are rough but if you keep making “why would i do that when i’m southern” contraptions i’m sure you’ll get a flip soon
