crunch the last … crunch the last Exercise is training the stomach muscles?
couse usualy i do 50 full tucks and only than get a bit fealing of pain
crunch i do about 20 and it hurts a lot more so i can do crunch instead
of full tucks/more helpful?!
im getting fat, … im getting fat, hope this does work :/ well and im a little guy and drink alot of coke thats why im it, i got 13 years old, hey dude ill try this, im feeling like its working tho, and if you dont mind, will you tell me something tio eat and grow :/ im the smallest of college if u do ill feel so gratefull :/
Nice!!! I started … Nice!!! I started training with weight when I was 12… Now I’m 13 and stopped with weights for a month ago couse I don’t want to damage myself:/

@ … @TheLittleBoyNextDoor Your body needs to supply oxygen to the muscles, if you’re holding your breath you’re minimizing the amount of oxygen supplied to the body/muscles.
Good Video. … Good Video. Building muscle can be difficult and time consuming if you are a hard gainer. I struggled for so long to add mass and muscle to my body, i worked my butt off at the gym and saw no noticable results. It says, to go from one set to the next set (of the next exercise), and once you finished them all, pause 1 to 2 minute,then repeat again. If after the second round you feel for more, “go for it”! (I couldn’t do a third, but will try today again, haha!)
I tried it … I tried it yesterday, planning 3 or 4 sets. HA! After 2 I thought “ehh… lets continue tomorrow” hahaha!
It’s a good muscle AND cardio workout, and I will keep doing it. I felt good on cardio AND my muscles feel like they really worked hard. Just follow as they say in the video, I do it. In a couple of weeks lets see how good it was, but I am positive about.
