Chest Exercise 1 – 10 diamond pushups
Chest Exercise 2 – 10 Regular Pushups
Chest Exercise 3 – 10 Wide Pushups
Intermediate to advanced Chest workouts
Chest Exercise 4 – 10 side to side push ups
Chest Exercise 5 – 10 T pushups
Chest Exercise 6 – 10 Clapping pushups
Last Exercise is a 3 count down, hold for 3 seconds and then explode on the way up
