Home Training Ideas

This is a video of some exercises I use at home. They mainly consist of body-weight exercises, with no equipment, or with equipment you might find around the house. People who don’t feel like joining a gym could find them helpful. You might decide to use them or you might not. Either way, I hope you enjoy it.
