Please dont say weights or anything. I cant afford a gym membership or exercise equipments. what exercisea should i do and how many of them? what has worked for you?
Sorry, but you can`t spot reduce. The only way to reduce belly fat is to reduce your overall body fat. You can do this with a healthy diet and lots of cardio. If you don’t want to buy a gym membership, you can go for a walk/run, bike, swim, dance or do basically anything that gets your heart pumping. Aim for at least 30 minutes most days of the week.
I also recommend supplementing your cardio routine with some core conditioning to help you tighten and tone up as you reduce your body fat. I recently lost 50lbs all at home. I used YouTube channels such as Blogilates, FitnessBlender, TiffanyRotheWorkouts, MotleyFitness, SparkPeople etc for free workouts.
