What are the best exercises for developing upperbody strength?

I’m a girl and very weak, I have no upperbody strength at all, I can barely do 1 pushup. Can you tell me the best but easiest home exercise requiring no equipment and will help me get better at pushups? My legs are okay from playing soccer, it’s mostly just my arms and torso that are very weak.

so first do as much push ups as you can then use a counter or chair and do some more push ups on that. (so your body will be in a vertical position). then when you start gaining strength you can start doing diamond push ups which help work the triceps more.
