Mens at home fitness equipment…?
I’ve been seeing a lot of commercials for different items lately to ‘tone’ your body. Zone Pilaters; A ring in order to produce support and force to fight against. The "Amazing Ball’ which is basically a miniature medicine ball to help with crunches…
I’m wondering if there is anything like that for men? I’m not talking about anything like bowflex, I’m talking about something more aimed towards ‘closet storage’, personally. I saw this pull-up bar they have that looked intriguing, but I’m aiming for something more based towards base strength.
Arms and abs primarily is my focus. Hoping to find something I can do at home when I can’t make it to the gym.
Would appreciate any ideas very much; Thank you.
you could get a strip of that rubber, can’t think what it is called but it does everything. stand on it and pull in upwards(upward row) wrap it round the door handle and pull it back, like a horizontal row etc.

If you dont already know, there has been a lot of research about abs nowadays and it is said that the abs workout will not give you any result(six or four packs) that you need if you have a layer of fat in front of your abdominal muscles. Although you might already have a very well defined abs from the workout that you did, you will not see it. If you are already lean and wanted to make your abs definition more visible, then i would recommend you gravity boots instead. If your have a layer of fat, then you should go for jogs or walks to lose the weight first. Good luck!
