Home gym equipment?
What is needed for a complete home gym for weight training, aerobics training, martial arts training, boxing training, and strength training?
you don’t need to go out and spend a fortune on equipment to get a good workout. I would suggest only buying equipment as you need it. go to crossfit.com and get some ideas from there. some basic things to buy would be some free weights, jump-rope, a medicine ball, and one of those pads that go under your back for sit-ups.
why do you want everything to be in your house?
the best way to learn how to fight is go to a gym where they have equipment anyway. as for boxing you will need the following… wraps (best get at least 2 sets to switch off between so you can wash one set while using the other), bag gloves, sparing gloves (these have a part which covers the Velcro to avoid cutting your sparing partner. if you won’t be sparing right away hold off on these b/c they are expensive), mouth-guard, head-gear, and groin protection.
