Home Workout Routines Exercises You Can Do At Home
http://www.LeeHayward.com
I’m often asked how can you get a good muscle building workout at home. Well in this video clip I’m going to show you some of the basic exercise stuff that I have in my basement and some good basic home workouts that you can do in place of, or in addition to, your regular gym workouts.
All of the stuff that I have here can be bought for a few hundred bucks max and maybe even cheaper if you shop around at flea markets and garage sales for some basic home gym equipment.

but, then, you try …
but, then, you try and hit someone who’s got less muscle with all that power, you get slowed down, your not gonna get the chance to release the exlosive power. if you do, then yeah, it’ll hurt. but i barely get hit by fast guys. im not dissing yew, im really not. i mean, rugby is a pretty powerful sport, but it doesnt do much good for anything else.

are you talking …
are you talking about american football, or english soccer, if it is soccer i understand

if someone is …
if someone is strong and muscular they build explosive power, and only need to put in a few strong hits to finish a fight. like me, i play loose head prop in rugby, and i have developed a muscular physique and explosive power. this helps me tackle extreamly hard and drive rucks, mauls and scrums like a bulldozer

hmmm… i see your …
hmmm… i see your point there, but then again, lifting doesnt do much for yew strength ways, yew want to be stronger, do something like kickboxing or kung fu. thats where real power comes from
February 17th, 2010 at 10:07 am
yes, strength to …
yes, strength to lift large things. big woop, but try doing 200 pressups, and you’ll disintegrate way early. im a reasonably small frame, i dont look to muscular, but i’ve got alot more endurance, and in a fight, i’d, just on my speed and endurance alone, i’d probably win, then add my martial arts in and it’d be over in seconds

just the way they …
just the way they are if someon ask me to play football, or go lifting. i would pick ifting every time

They do it because …
They do it because they like to walk around an act tough. I’m 160 pounds which is average size for a 6′1″ man. I get started with a lot out at a bar with some big muscle heads, luckiely I’ve won more then half because of… well.. a boxing background. It just goes to show that what you said makes sense..
February 17th, 2010 at 10:07 am
im sorry if this …
im sorry if this sounds like im trying to diss you or something, but why do you want big muscle’s. i mean, a good work out is useful and having strength is useful, but muscles get in your way when you fight and arent that practical. so anybody got a reason im willing to listen, thanks.
