I bought some home gym equipment, then I bought more, then I got the Body for Life manual, I still cant start.
You dont want it bad enough, send it back, you will be one of those people who hang clothes on their gyms and get fatter each year. Mr anderson then died of a heart attack 14 years later, his home gym in his garage was rusty and un-used.
Good luck.

I wish I could show you my old before and after shots. I did Body for Life for seven weeks and lost 4 inches off my waistline. Now I am doing it again because I let myself go.
What worked for me was doing virtually with a friend – that is, we never worked out together, but we exchanged notes on what we ate, how much we worked out, by email. It became a sort of competition.
Right now, I am doing it with a group of guys. We share notes and it gives us the encouragement to go on.
You also need a clear cut goal. Our goal is to look like the Spartans in 300.
The Body for Life system really works.

Buying equpitment isnt going to make you use them. It is all in your mind.
It takes 21 days to train (or untrain) your body to do something. Once you get through those three weeks of hell-you will have a routine that will be easy to follow!
what is your motivation?
want to loose weight? gain muscle? or just feel better in general?
Find your motication and hang on to it! post things on the fridge- lock ur TV up- and instead of watching tv- go use your machines!!

Hey, if you’re not gonna use that stuff, send it to me. I’d love a home gym but I can’t afford it.
