What is a good 10 minute cardio workout with no equipment?

Does anyone have their own at-home cardio workouts that can be done without the use of gym equipment? I am looking for a quick 10-15 minute exercise that can keep the heart rate nice and high, but can be done pretty much on the spot. =)

This is my favourite quick at-home cardio-circuit routine:

walking lunges
pushups
squats
bent-over rows (you need some sort of weight for this)

Do sets of 20 and repeat as many times as you can.

Jogging, star jumps, boxing (the air), step aerobics. All are really good and effective! Don’t forget to do some stretches beforehand though. :)

The best 10 minute workout I have ever done is Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer. It will get your heart pumping. I like to use the workout when I am short on time or traveling, but make no mistake you will sweat and get a great cardio workout as well as strength building! You also have the option of 20 or 30 minutes if you have extra time!

You will use resistance bands, but it comes with the program.
