I am 15 years old, about 110 pounds, 5 foot 7 tall. i am relatively small guy and i want to have bigger arms and chest. ive tried doing push ups and sit ups for a month and a half but saw no progress. i also play soccer and skateboard everyday and the only muscle i have is in my legs. just looking for an effective daily workout i could do at home.
The only gym equipment i have is a punching bag and a 10 pound weight.
Try losing any extra fat for more definition and you could try bicep curls, so rest the weight on the side of your knee, not your leg, your knee and then do the full range of motion. You should probably aim for about 10 and another exercise you could do to work your abs are leg raises, so lie on the ground and keep your legs together and then with your legs straight raise them up and then let them down slowly. Dont let your legs drop and then catch them and remember to breathe when youre doing these exercises and to not do them too fast cause thats not as effective either you want to count 2 secs as you bring the weight down and then 2 seconds to bring it up.
