How to build six pack without gym equipment?

i’m looking for a workout that builds ab muscles! i don’t have time or money to visit the gym so need exercises that i can do at home without gym equipment!

any ideas?

You should do crunches, forget sit ups, they’re useless (in my opinion).

Do about 20, rest for 45 seconds and repeat 3 times. You can add weight, like hold something heavy to your chest to make it harder.

Another one, which does your lower abs, is to hang off that ridge thing on the door and lift your legs. Really hard when doing it first time, but still a good’n.

    There are many simple exercises that have always existed – no expensive equipment needed.

    Like they said sit ups…raise and lower your legs open and close the legs keeping your heels off the floor..and leave out fatty foods…no money needed just dedication.
