How to turn fat into muscle at home?

I’m 15 and I weigh alot and I mean alot! I want to start working out, but I don’t have money for exercise equipment or go to a gym, So I will have to do it at home.

Well you can always do push-ups, sit-ups, and jog around your neighborhood. You’re also going to have to start eating healthy. I’m sure you could use your highschool gym. Join a sport or something.

    Hello!

Congratulations on your first steps to completing your goal! :) Remember in achieving anything be persistent! Persistent! Persistent! Now, there are a few key factors here…

1.You should try to focus on cardio as your main goal. Remember when you lose weight there is no such thing as spot targeting. When you start to see those inches coming off it wont just be on your legs, or just your stomach it will be all over that’s just how your body works! :) Try to start at least walking/jogging 1hr per day. Every day. This is really what will make the biggest change the quickest. You will typically start to feel tingling in your legs and soarness in the mornings….this means its working! You will start to see results as early as a few weeks but mainly in 6-8 week. Keep that in mind- 6-8 weeks! I say that because the first week or even two your not going to see it..but! You will feel it. No Pain. No Gain!

2.If you are able to make enough time for even better results. You should concentrate also on muscle definition. Try to palaties! I highly recommend this to men and women. Trust me, it is not easy! A couple of plus’s here is its free! Just type in palaties beginner in you tube and pick the program you think you can really works for you. Lay down a towel and pillow for comfort and get to pumping those legs! This will give you those wash board abs and the definition you will really love. You will be able to see the definition in your legs, arms, everywhere!

    3. Next, is DIET! We are going to make this quick and sweet. As far as diet, stay hydrated and when you eat take the time to look down at your plate. The main thing you want to look for is, "how colorful is my plate?" the more colorful, reds, greens, yellows.. etc. is GREAT! If you notice when your plate is not colorful it usually has a lot of fried foods on it! So keep this in mind. Second, Portions, Portions, Portions! This can be hard though.. So what you should do is start to pre-make your meals! Great way to keep your portions on track! Also judge your specific proportion size made for you by the size of the palm of your hand. Meat no bigger than the palm of your hand, each side use the same measurement.Prepare your meals the night before, put each meal in separated containers. Where you can put the corn in one section, the meat in the other etc. And label it Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, then between each meal make two more containers for your snacks! We all get hungry between each meal! For snacks focus on light foods like apples, peeled oranges, maybe peanuts. Something that will just hold you over not fill you up.
Now, the reason I ask you to do this is it starts to put in place a meal schedule for you. Over time you will get use to breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. And no snack after dinner. Your body works during the day not as likely at night. Thats why we dont eat after dinner because the body will not burn it off instead it will go against our goal and store everything!

    4. Now I will give you a few tips I like to use… Because 1hr of cardio can be hard at first try breaking it up. 30 mins in the morning…. and 30 mins at night. This doesn’t make it seem like so much. Try to stay on a strict schedule. Make everyday the same. Same time everyday because before long your body will get use to this and you will find yourself not being able to go to bed without that 30 min walk because your body will be so ready for it! And last, Not only will you reach your goal, but this is a life changer. Your will benefit from a healthier body, tons of energy!, and feeling your absolute best! A couple more I just thought of that I would like to share with you is fullness. Now, when you eat, eat slow.. your body will be able to tell you its full faster this way. Next, your new sense of full is going to mean.. okay, I dont fell hungry anymore… not Oh my I am stuffed! Thats not what we are looking for. Now, :) Dessert. If you eat ice cream. Try to do only one scoop. If it is cookies, try to just eat one cookie and include it in your pre-made dinner that way you dont have that erg to grab another. Try to stay away from any cakes.. just to tempting and tons of calories! Also, maybe you can make a healthy dessert! Try strawberries! blue berries and black berries! With whip cream is really good and still healthy and lite. :) And my favorite tip. Tea! If I have a huge craving for lets say blueberrie muffins. I buy the sampler tea packages that comes with all kinds of flavors! When Im wanting a blueberrie muffin I get out my blueberries tea and add just a little sugar and it is soooo goood and will help my bad cravings! With little calories! its just tea and water!

    That’s all!!

    Good luck, and God Bless!!

Just regular exercises would work. Sit-ups,crunches, push ups, butt lifts. Any kind of exercise would work. You can actually use items like a heavy book for lifting in place of weights. Or anything else you can think of that is around the home. Stick to a regular exercise program everyday.
