I’m looking at ordering home gym equipment, what is the best for?

getting rid of my belly.
i have a big mum tum
and i just can’t shift it.
i’ve tried a few things and nothing is making any difference.
and its depressing me.
before i was pregnant i was a 16-18 (big i know but i don’t like being under a size 14 anyways, so it didn’t bother me too much)
anyways now i am a size 20-22 :( which is hideous, and i just can’t get rid of it (i’m talking about pants size by the way)
i can lose the weight all over from everyday exercise and healthy eating.

BUT THIS MUM TUM
won’t go away :(

i look like the shape of a pear (considering i have REALLY BIG BOOBS, i should have an hour glass figure!)

help.
what’s the best machine to order .

xox
just to let you know, i can lose weight all over, because i have a decent diet and all the walking playing with my son … with out thinking about it.

but its nmy belly.since being pregnant it wont go, starting to think the nerve damage might have something to do with it.

i don’t need to be told to figure out a decent diet (i eat junk when i’m unhappy, which i am right now, cause of the weight) but if i know i can sort it my decent diet will return ,.
if you understand what i mean?
x

I would get either an elliptical machine or a treadmill. Both are great machines to help you lose the unwanted pounds. If you are limited on space, a treadmill might be the answer since you can buy the ones that you can fold the track in the upright position to save space. Along with exercise make sure you are drinking plenty of water and cutting out soda completely. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as lean protein. Good luck and have fun with it.

Exercise can only do so much without a good diet. You can’t out-train a lousy diet, remember that. I suggest you go to http://www.muscleandstrength.com then go to tools and BMR calculator to see how much you should eat a day and subtract 500 to lose weight the healthy way. Also for a home gym, I have a marcy’s home gym but want to sell it because I find going to the gym is a lot better and gives me more motivation. It’s all up to you.

Sorry to break it to ya…once you lose weight you will just become a smaller pear, so embrace that pear shape! Men go for smaller waists, larger bums anyway!

About the machine, the essentials you need are something for cardio, so maybe a stationary bike, or a treadmill, or an elliptical. I prefer a treadmill, since running you can put it on an incline or not and an incline burns more calories. A bike would be my second choice bc no noise for neighbors. An elliptical doesn’t burn as much cals in my opinion.

Then, you want equipment to build muscle, no you will not bulk up! You need muscle tissues to burn extra calories when you are done exercising! This is what muscle does! And metabolism slows down in people NOT bc they are getting older, but bc AS they are getting older, THEY ARE LOSING MUSCLE! You just don’t see it, bc it is being replaced with FAT!

So get some resistance bands, I like the ones from Gold’s gym at Wal-mart. Also get some dumbbells, and an exercise mat.

Go to these links for the weight lifting. These kick my azz!

Also they have differenct exercises for each muscle group so you don’t overwork a certain one!

Next, pursue a diet. R u hungry all the time? The key is to drink as much water as possible so you always feel stuffed, then you WILL REALLY KNOW when you are hungry!! I lost 15 lbs doing that!

Eat whole foods, nothing processed. Remember, it is 25 percent exercise, 75 percent diet. But you need both to lose weight.

Hope this helps! Good luck! :)

when you over fill your bodys fuel tank consistantly you end up converting the excess fuel into fat,if you accelerate your stored fuel reserves then you will lose weight, you will lose it faster if you decrease the input of new fuel into your fuel converter(stomach),and it can be accelerated more by a higher fuel demand by your muscular system,by exerting more work load on them.,with that in mind it makes that markxyl73 exercise maching look a little worthless, what you can do instead of buying such contraptions is to get your body out on the open road and go as fast as whats compterful for you and let your internal mechenisem burn away your stored fuel reserves,if you want you can get a really energetic work out video, one of those dance kind are the best, they require you to use all muscle groups, but the real secret is to be consistant, dont let the weight scales be you guide in the begenning, but rather your clothes size, after a short time your clothes will get loose and eventualy baggy, thats the sign of real progress, and you will notice and be encouraged to keep after it,the weight scales has discouraged millions of dieters with a false reflection of how thwere weight controle programe is doing/
