What are some good exercises to do at home for my stomach-area?
I’m wondering what sort of exercises there are I can do at home for my stomach-area. I don’t have any ‘fancy’ exercise equipment and no access to a gym, so those are out of the question. I know sit-ups work, but what else is there?
Eating healthy is nearly ‘impossible’ in my house since I don’t buy the food, and my ‘requests’ for better food have gotten me yelled at

try this type of sit ups, it is called bicycle crunches, u pedel with ur feet and bring ur elbows to each knee when it is up.
do until u can not do any more and then do the side sit ups.

regular crunches, reverse crunches and these are best if you lay down, hold the person above you’s ankle and raise your legs up and them throw them down, also bicycle crunches are good
