ABS
   - Crunches (Lots of repetitions with just body weight, and low repetitions while you hold a heavy object)
   - Sit ups (same as above for weight)
   - Leg lifts (if you wanted to be daring you could put weight on your shins/ankles while you lift your legs)
   - Bicycles
   - Planks
   - Push-ups
   - Captain&#039;s chair
