Well, I recently had a gym membership, but I’ve been short on cash lately so I had to give that up. So, I need to know of a good workout routine that I can do once or twice a day to shed some extra weight. I have no exercise equipment or anything, no weights and such, so any help is greatly appreciated. Also, I’m a male, so that might help.
Also, I’m not looking for a diet, only an exercise routine.
I invested in some minor gym equipment, a jump-rope, pull-up bar, some dumb-bells of various weights, plus a training mat and a bozu. I like to mix it up between cardio work and strength training. My apartment has steps so I like to do leg work using them.
It’s very important to have a moderate diet if you want to lose weight. I like to make green juices for the morning and lunch and then eat a normal healthy dinner. If you can manage to do some meditation that can add to your well-being immeasurably.
