Homemade Home Gym
http://www.kbatoday.com
Save your money for things that actually require money. Times are tough and money’s tight but we all want to keep the workouts going strong. At $350.00 + gym memberships are a fat pill to swallow. My solution is build your own home gym. Along with a few things I already had, I was able to put together all this for less that 100 Washingtons. To fully appreciate it, you need to appreciate compound lifts, bodyweight exercises and functional strength workouts.

you’re right about …
you’re right about the inversions. I’m currently using 2″ galvanized screws. Not the best idea. I’ve been able to do plyometric pull-ups and jump pull ups without them breaking so far. However, I just bought some 6″ spikes to secure the pole with. Thanks…

I love it. I wish I …
I love it. I wish I had a back yard to do this in. I’ve done things like this in the past, and maybe it was my imagination, but I felt like it worked better for me than doing weights in the gym.
One thing: I don’t think I’d trust your pull-up bar for inversions. I don’t know what type of screws you put through those brackets but I hope they are nice and deep/strong.
