I turned my family room into a home gym. What color should I paint it? I want it to be energetic, and still practical for a family room too. Right now it is an off white color with a wall boarder of pansy flowers. It looks pretty, but doesn’t really feel to me, like it is setting the right tone. Someone help !! Thanks

just the slightest touch darker than pastel yellow !!
This will set a very energetic tone for you and still have decor appeal to set other complimentaries in motion with !!
Any really good paint store should have color charts available
for you to walk away with—so pick one up and take your time
in choosing— there should be at least six or eight very good
contenders for you to make choice from and have it be your own "special" thing !!

thatsthe most salf-canterd thing i"ve ever heard ..you turned yuor family room into a gym for yourself and you think you family will still want to be there to ??? but probobly some sort o blue would work..

I’d say go for yellow! its a nice, fun and uplifting color, i wouldn’t use blue as its sort of depressing.

Think nature. Use greens and earth tones. Put a lot of potted plants in there, give it a feel of being an extension of the outdoors. There’s a lot of energy in nature, and creating a room that reflects the beauty and vitality of nature should give you a sense of peaceful energy while you’re working out.
