Part of maintaining a healthy body is also your diet. You need a balanced diet in order to lose weight.
Avoid junk food like pizza, burgers, etc. Eat fruits instead, they taste good anyways.
Try eating salads and more vegetables in general.
In ADDITION to what you’re doing now at your home gym and treadmill. After some time you should lose a fair amount of weight. But it does take time and effort.

There really isn’t a quick way to lose weight. But one of the best ways to lose weight is to walk, jog,or run for 30-60 minutes everyday and to eat less and healthier.Maybe taking pure green tea or hoodia pills could help promote weight loss. I know its easier to say than do but if you really want to get fit you’ll stick with it.

I’m not selling magic teas or anything. By the way no of that stuff works.
Remember this, to lose weight you have to reduce calorie intake and raise the bodies use of calories.
An intense quick system that works using a treadmill is called intervals. Since you are young you may even be able to do interval training twice a day. It causes you body to burn calories all day and night, it raises your metabolism. Please remember that to keep weight off you need to build muscle so later start lifting 2 days a week.
Now to the treadmill. Start at 3 mph for about 5 minutes. Then for one minute or as long as you can go as fast as you can (you have to experiment with the speed and incline), rest at 3 mph or even lower until you catch your breath, no more than than two minutes.
Repeat this cycle 4 times. You will be exhausted.
Do stretches while still warm. Add some squats with or without weights, whatever you can handle. Squats of different kinds burn the most calories.
Repeat in late afternoon and adjust your speed/incline and length of fast phase so that it is always all out, like you completely run out of breath.
Lose your 25 lbs. add a regular training schedule of intervals 2 days a week and 3 days a week of resistance training and you will keep it off and reach your new goal for a healthy life of getting your waist size down below 36 inches.

Hey, I recommend that you try Hypnotherapy!
No, I’m not kidding you on this. I used to weigh 198 lbs and my height is only 5′8" – for my height and with that kind of weight I’m really obese! I tried the "Master clense" and other diet recipes, and I even watched Richard Simmons videos but they didn’t helped me at all!
I tried going to a gym with a strict diet once and within a week later, I stopped going to gym and started eating more than before. It brought me back to where I started again. I am sure you happen to experience it like me.
One day, I was watching CNN news and they interviewed this hypotherapist guy, his name is Steve. I myself do not believe in hypnotherapy but the hypnotherapist was rather convincing so I visited his site (http://www.betterlivingwithhypnosis.tk/) and he has a "Weight Loss Powerpack". I bought the part 2 "Weight Loss Powerpack 2" which consist of Weight Loss, Stop Binge Eating and I Love To Exercise. It is more affordable than a month of subscription to the gym and having those strict diets.
The first few days I realized my eating dropped significantly and my weight dropped a little. A week later, I begin to feel motivated to exercise and such! His hypnotherapy works! It has been a month already since I bought his program and I already lost 18.3 lbs! I recommend you give it a shot!
