Does anyone know where to get home gyms and other gym equipment?
I want to turn my basement into my own mini gym and was wondering where to get everything cheap. I don’t want to buy online though. I also need to know everything I need. So far I’m looking for a punching bag, treadmill, elliptical machine, and other stuff, I’m not sure what else i need
I’m not in the U.K so would adtrader.com still work here and i’ve heard of freecycle, is it good?

it depends were you are if you in the uk try ad trader you can look online if you not in uk try adtrader.com you look online then ring the person and collect from there home ,you can also try freecycle everything ids free on there you just register and away you go.
