I need help with Home Gyms?
My family and I are looking for a home gym that gives great and fast results, but that is also reasonable in price. Any ideas?
Nothing will get you fast results, only great ones.
The total gym is what I suggest (you know, the one Chuck Norris helps advertise on tv). Not only will it help strengthen your muscles, it is also a therapeutic and rehabilitation machine for when you injure yourself.

Home gym never works because there is this item in the house call bed. Get a partner instead and head for a gym outside your house. Exercise discipline.

you can get a bowflex for under $1000 and I absolutely love mine if you follow the work out routine and food diet it has in the manual you can see results in 3 weeks. I have seen results and I only use it 3 times a week for about 20 minutes per workout. Only down side if you have a husband or teenage son the weight max’s out at 210 lbs. of resistance so you will have to pay about $100 for another 100 lbs. of weight but the more I have used my bowflex the more it seems the rods resist.

Im on board with the total gym as well. Walmart has them sometimes for around $200. Theyre great, and portable. Im taking mine on holidays.
