The unsupported situp targets the abdominal muscles better than the crunch and regular supported situp (putting feet underneath something heavy for support), where you use more hip flexor muscles. These are advanced ab lifts. This ab routine will also help you increase your supported sit up count number. This video is a spin off of my previous two ab videos. This is not a tutorial, but more of an entertaining ab video that you can also perform if you want a hard ab workout, more efficient ab workout and better results. A special exercise movement that is exclusive to the Ab Rail is called a Circular Abdominal Sequence. This is by far the only fitness equipment which enables your abdomen to do top-to-side-to-bottom-to-side flex motions. This burns fat faster. The Ab Rail is a bench with three separate paddings on top for your buttocks, back, and head. This routine is designed to give anyone a great workout for AT HOME or at the GYM.



This routine requires:

1. Using your body weight
2. Pillow


List of Exercises:

* 20-30 reps per exercise
* 20-30 second rest between sets (60max)

1. Crunch: Setting 1
2. Crunch: Setting 2
3. Leg Lift: Setting 1
4. Leg Lift: Setting 2
5. In-Out: Setting 1
6. In-Out: Setting 2
7. Left Turn: Setting 1
8. Left Turn: Setting 2
9. Right Turn: Setting 1
10. Right Turn: Setting 2


Remember, when doing this routine, workout at your OWN intensity.

* This means if you cannot perform as many sets and reps as I do in the video, do as many as you can.


There are a couple different ways you can do this routine.

* You can perform each exercise for 1 set and then start over. (Complete the circuit up to 3 times)

* You can perform each exercise for 3 sets before moving to the next exercise and the workout is finished once you perform the last exercise.

* You can superset 2 exercises, take a 45second to 1minute break and then superset the next two. (A superset is when you do two exercises at the same time, one right after the other until you complete 3 sets of both exercises)

* This routine can be done every other day.
