Home Fitness 101

Fitness Town has been an active participant within the CrossFit community for over 5 years. Most recently with the aid of 4 of their coaches, the Burnaby location opened the Fitness Town Crossfit affiliate. With nearly 1,700 square feet the Fitness Town team train daily with the newest equipment available, testing every product for quality, longevity and feel of use. If we don’t like using the product we know our CrossFit friends won’t either.

We pride ourselves on having Canada’s largest selection of specialty CrossFit equipment in-stock, and ready to ship from our Burnaby distribution centre. Some of the brands we represent include: Rogue, Muscle Driver, Legend, 2Pood shorts, Buddy-lee, Pendlay, York, Body Science (BSc) compression clothing, Inov-8 shoes, TKO, 4 styles of kettlebells, bands, tubes, plyo-boxes galore….. and the list goes on and on. Tommy Europe uses SoloStrength (http://www.solostrength.com) FUSION bodyweight exercise strength and stretching gym for training during some episodes in the new season of THE LAST 10 POUNDS. He demonstrates a few of the functional fitness and weight loss body-shaping exercises he puts the girls through and a few of his own that most people wouldn’t even try – GREAT guy to work with it was awesome to see SoloStrength in action.
