When starting a major fitness plan or just aiming to maintain your current health, it is always beneficial to have as many exercises as possible available to you. This will not only give plenty of choice in your routines to accommodate for exercises that may not be accessible to you due to mobility or practicality but will also offer alternatives in working a body part when results from a specific exercise plateaus.
The E-8660 offers two stations and two weight stacks with dark gray weight shrouds which allows two users to workout at the same time on the E-8660. The left station is a fully adjustable chest press station. The back pad and seat angle, ankle pad hold down, frame distance from the unit and press arm are all adjustable. The segmented and angled back features multiple positions adjusted along a ladder back.
The rolled seat pad offers adjustment teeth for proper correlation with the back or for multiple leg lengths in ab training. Both pads measure 4.33″ and are wrapped in thick vinyl for maximum comfort and stability. The roll pads also adjust for ab training. The entire bench moves closer or farther from the unit with the angled front handle to allow for the most beneficial chest presses available. The press arm itself also adjusts in multiple positions to create an appropriate starting site for chest or military presses.

Often multiple pieces of strength equipment are needed to train multiple body parts properly but these individual stations will take up a great amount of space as well as funds. A solution for this is an all in one weight stack gym such as the E-8640. The E-8640 features a graduated 200 lb. weight stack with steel weight shrouds. Each weight level is clearly marked for easy adjustment and the fitted steel pin holds the level of weight securely. This weight stack is used as resistance for multiple workout stations. The adjustable pec deck features nine positions and the dual grip pec arms with molded handles allow you to target your chest completely for strengthening, firming and lifting of the entire area.
The E-8640 also consists of a pec fly station with dual attachments for the two included handles to work the outer chest and underarms. The leg curl/extension station includes two sets of 4.33″ circumference vinyl covered roll pads to cushion the leg from the metal frame during lower body routines, which strengthen and tone the entire leg, hip and glute regions. The lat pulldown station contains an angled lat bar with wire cage storage hooks that offers a great stretch as well as muscle building and toning to the upper back and shoulders.
In addition to the dedicated stations, the E-8640 features a three-station pulley assembly (high, mid and lower) for user customizable exercises. The high pulley assembly is generally used with just the lat bar but the mid and lower pulley assembly can use a variety of the attachments/accessories that are included to target, tone and make stronger each desired region. The mid pulley assembly is fantastic for ab work with the included ab strap and hand strap. The height of the mid pulley assembly allows for perfect targeting of the waist, upper and lower abs and obliques. The low pulley assembly integrates with the leg lever as well as with the included low row handle for upper and mid back work. The E-8640 has the further feature of expanding to a leg press option (E-8601) to increase the lower body workouts available.

If you are looking for one of the most comprehensive pieces of fitness equipment, the E-7617 is for you.
This machine allows for push-ups, multiple grip pull-ups / chin-ups, dips and vertical knee raises to be performed in one compact and sturdy machine.
The reverse pitch combined with the rear counter weight design and carefully chosen location of each station creates a very solid machine with the elimination of tipping and swaying that can occur in some lighter or less well designed power towers.
Each piece of the frame is made of heavy square tubing and thick steel bolts. The end caps and grips are textured rubber and the padding itself is crease free, sweat resistant vinyl over thick high quality foam padding. This all ensures that your workouts on the E-7617 are safe, comfortable and useful.
While the makeup and quality of the components are very important in a power tower, the amount of exercises and the many variations are essential to most users. The E-7617 offers a high and wide push-up station that allows users to vary the depth of their motion, which will target the various heads of the pectoral muscle. The dip station includes thickly textured rubber grips that allow users to perform dips while their body is clear of the VKR or pull-up / chin-up station. The vertical knee raise (VKR) station includes an angled ergonomic back pad for comfort on the shoulder blades and lower back along with contoured arm pads, which extend from elbow to wrist for comfort and security. In addition, the grip posts are placed at an ideal space from the arm pads and are tall enough for multiple hand sizes.
The pull-up station on the E-7617 is one of the most versatile portions of the machine. It features split hand grips to allow a complete clearance of the user’s head in addition to fully angled grips. The initial portion of the grip is a straight section, which is often not found in power towers. This allows for parallel (neutral) grip chin-ups, which places the least stress on the shoulders, elbows and wrists. The remaining curve of the bars allows for forward and reverse grip pull-ups and chin-ups with wide, normal, narrow and mixed grips. This all combines to create a specific station and an overall machine that will allow infinite growth in your fitness routine.

Often multiple pieces of strength equipment are needed to train multiple body parts properly but these individual stations will take up a great amount of space. A solution for this is an all in one weight stack gym such as the E-8620. The E-8620 features a graduated 200 lb. weight stack with steel weight shrouds. Each weight level is clearly marked for easy adjustment and the fitted steel pin holds the level of weight securely. This weight stack is used as resistance for multiple workout stations. The adjustable pec deck features nine positions and the dual grip pec arms with molded grips allow you to target your chest completely for strengthening, firming and lifting of the entire area. The leg curl/extension station includes two sets of 4.33″ roll pads to cushion the leg from the metal frame during lower body routines, which strengthen and tone the entire leg, hip and backside regions. The lat pulldown station contains an angled lat pulldown bar with molded grips and wire cage storage hooks, which supplies a great stretch as well as muscle building and toning to the upper back and shoulders.
In addition to the dedicated stations, the E-8620 features a three-station pulley assembly (high, mid and lower) for user customizable exercises. The high pulley assembly generally is used with just the lat bar but the mid and lower pulley assembly can use a variety of the attachments/accessories that are included to target, tone and strengthen each desired region. The mid pulley assembly is fantastic for ab work with the included ab strap and hand strap. The E-7622 features an eleven-point chrome gunrack for self-spotting in lifts and squats in addition to adjustable safety spotters. There are eight plate posts on the rear of the unit, which provides convenient storage as well as acts as a counterweight to a bar placed on the front of the unit during a workout. The wide forward angled footprint also allows for sturdy and safe workouts without the danger of tipping or swaying.
The E-7623 features both a high and low pulley assembly for a variety of exercises and variations. Included with the attachment are an angled lat bar with molded rubber grips, a compact low row bar and a brace bar for your feet during a low row. The lat bar is stored on dual hooks at the top of the cage when not in use and both bars attach to the pulley cables with linked chain. The storage hooks allow you to store the lat attachment when a workout is completed without ever hindering the usage of the cage as a squat or lifting station.
The E-7624 allows for excellent chest and shoulder enhancement without interfering in your range of motion on either the lat/low row attachment or the half cage base. The resistance is provided by attaching plate weights to the E-7623 attachment that you will need to have already attached to your E-7622.
One of the most popular pieces of fitness equipment used by individuals that wish to have a safe and well-rounded workout is the smith machine. With the E-7625, you can now have these great benefits.
In addition to the usability of the E-7622, you also have one of the sturdiest frames possible. The entire machine is made of square steel with thick bolts and powerful connection points. This ensures that your workout will never be delayed by a failure in your E-7622. While the E-7622 allows you to create a complete home gym by itself (when paired with a bench, bar or weights), it will also work as a base for many other accessories such as a lat, pec fly or smith attachment. The attachments can all be added to the E-7622 individually or as a set to create a complete gym in one narrow footprint.
