1 – Rear deltoid raise with dumbbell (Single side)
2 – Bodyweight shoulder press (w/ Asymmetrical Variance)
3 – Twisting shoulder raises w/ Resistance bands
4 – Shoulder circles w/ dumbbells

The 4 shoulder exercises in this video are just one of the combo sequences. I did 1 before I turned on the camera – and then I did 2 more after I stopped recording. I varied a few of the exercises in each sequence.
