Connection Fitness Here at Connection Fitness we have a dedicated team of friendly staff that are here to help you whenever you need us. We can be contacted by phone, e-mail, post, fax or even live online chat when the icon is displayed on our website.

Our stock, offices and showroom are all in the same premises which helps our staff build up invaluable product knowledge, so please do give us a call if you want any help or advice.

You are of course most welcome to visit our well stocked showroom and try out some of our best selling equipment which is always available.

We offer a range of fast and flexible delivery services for our customers to choose from. These include Before 9am, Before 10.30am and Before Noon on Weekdays, as well as Saturday Deliveries.

Fast & Flexible Delivery Services In addition recently we’ve added a ‘Special Delivery’ service that includes Sundays.

In addition to these standard options we also offer Two Man, Pallet and Installation Services on selected items.

All our items are dispatched from our extensive range of stock housed in our purpose built facility in the North of England.

We’ve also recently launched our new 30 day, buy and try returns policy! This aims to make online shopping and returns simple and easy for our customers. You may find that with the majority of fitness equipment outlets; once you have purchased and assembled the goods, returns won’t be accepted. This too was our policy for many years. However, after extensive consultation and constant feedback with customers, we have launched this exciting and pioneering new scheme, to offer a more consumer friendly approach, which focuses first and foremost on convenience for the customer.

Connection Fitness stocks a selection of products from the world’s leading brands; Reebok, ProForm, Tunturi, Golds Gym and Bremshey to name just a few of the high quality, household names in Home Fitness, whose products can all be found on our website. We will also strive to bring you the latest Fitness and Weight Training Equipment at the most competitive prices. We ensure that all of our featured brands provide excellent onsite support to our customers. If you have a problem that can’t be resolved over the telephone, you can rest assured that there will be an engineer that can pay you a visit to fix your machine onsite, at no extra cost. If for any reason it still cannot be resolved, the machine will be replaced free of charge.

Online security is our main priority, as we understand the concerns our customers can have when shopping online. We do our utmost to make our website as secure as possible and have the latest checkout security technology, including Thawte 128 bit SSL protection. We also have the new Master Card Secure Code and Verified by Visa programs in operation.
