Do 30 repetitions of each exercise:

Squat – Squat down until your butt just reaches the chair and then come back up squeezing your butt tightly at the top of each squat. Remember to keep your knees behind your toes.

Squat (feet together) – With your feet together repeat the above with knees close together the entire time.

Butt Blaster – Lay across the chair with your hips just off the edge of the chair. Keeping your feet flat towards the sky and knees together, push your feet upward and squeeze your butt at the top.

Butt Blaster (wide) – Keeping your knees apart and feet together push up towards the sky squeezing your butt at the top.

Repeat all of these again.

Home gyms are great because they are ready when you are. This entire gym was put together for less than $2,000 dollars using Craigslist for great deals. I am in the best shape of my life and have recently cracked 200 lbs of solid muscle using this gym.

Home Gym: What Kind of Equipment do I need?

In this video I will give you some information about what equipments you need or what are useful. Here is some extra side information.
First of all, the prices that I gave in this video are just indications. In some countries the prices might be higher or lower. There might also be countries that can not buy the equipments that are in this video.
I am also not trying to get people to buy their own gym. If you want, you can also go to a local gym where they often have a lot more variety of equipment as well as people around there to help you out.

Working out at home can be safe, but make sure you work out in a safe environment. No sharp objects around you, in a place not to warm, not to cold and without things that can disturb you.
