Awesome exercise machine on Japanese TV

Are they selling this thing in the US? This is the greatest thing ever. I’ve actually seen women trying these things out in department stores here. One more reason to love Japan. The katakana says “fitness machine”"Cowboy Little.” Particularly crappy video since I just recorded the TV screen.
