Connection Fitness Here at Connection Fitness we have a dedicated team of friendly staff that are here to help you whenever you need us. We can be contacted by phone, e-mail, post, fax or even live online chat when the icon is displayed on our website.

Our stock, offices and showroom are all in the same premises which helps our staff build up invaluable product knowledge, so please do give us a call if you want any help or advice.

You are of course most welcome to visit our well stocked showroom and try out some of our best selling equipment which is always available.

We offer a range of fast and flexible delivery services for our customers to choose from. These include Before 9am, Before 10.30am and Before Noon on Weekdays, as well as Saturday Deliveries.

Fast & Flexible Delivery Services In addition recently we’ve added a ‘Special Delivery’ service that includes Sundays.

In addition to these standard options we also offer Two Man, Pallet and Installation Services on selected items.

All our items are dispatched from our extensive range of stock housed in our purpose built facility in the North of England.

We’ve also recently launched our new 30 day, buy and try returns policy! This aims to make online shopping and returns simple and easy for our customers. You may find that with the majority of fitness equipment outlets; once you have purchased and assembled the goods, returns won’t be accepted. This too was our policy for many years. However, after extensive consultation and constant feedback with customers, we have launched this exciting and pioneering new scheme, to offer a more consumer friendly approach, which focuses first and foremost on convenience for the customer.

We will also strive to bring you the latest Fitness and Weight Training Equipment at the most competitive prices. We ensure that all of our featured brands provide excellent onsite support to our customers. If you have a problem that can’t be resolved over the telephone, you can rest assured that there will be an engineer that can pay you a visit to fix your machine onsite, at no extra cost. If for any reason it still cannot be resolved, the machine will be replaced free of charge.

Online security is our main priority, as we understand the concerns our customers can have when shopping online. We do our utmost to make our website as secure as possible and have the latest checkout security technology, including Thawte 128 bit SSL protection. We also have the new Master Card Secure Code and Verified by Visa programs in operation.

This gym provides multiple user access opening up all types of applications from the home into many light commercial settings. The footprint remains quite compact for a multiple station gym.

Over 12 Single Station Machines:
Each station is pre set to provide its own individual exercise machine. The user can move quickly from station to station with minimal adjustments

The Leverage Advantage:
Lever Arms drive the exercises. Weight plates are loaded directly onto the lever which simply replaces the barbell thus providing the natural feel and resistance of free weight with the safety and control of a machine.

Virtually Maintenance Free:
The Workbench Multi System has no cables or pulleys. All exercises incorporate bearing driven lever arms to provide a smooth and quite operation.

Build Your Workbench Accessories:
An access tube and knob lock pin have been incorporated into the Multi System providing the new Workbench Machine Accessories to be added to your gym.

http://www.connection-fitness.co.uk Iso-lateral movement is a term that you hear pretty often when speaking about modern multi-gyms. What it actually means is that each side is completely independent and free to move in pretty much any direction. This means you target the muscles on each side individually, which is much better for symmetry and overall strength. This type of action also helps to develop the core stabiliser muscles in the mid-section.

This gym is loaded with special features such as a lat tower that splits for a cable crossover exercise, as well as a bench that rolls to the side to make the high pulley more accessible.

The M4 also comes standard with a dual adjustable pulley column for important exercises like bicep curl and tricep extension. This pulley column has been designed to offer a quarter pulling ratio, so that each 10 lb. weight plate offers 2.5 lbs of resistance. These smaller increments are important for smaller muscle groups. Undoubtedly the most well equipped home gym on the market today.
