SOHI Fitness No Equipment Tone Butt Workout

Do 30 repetitions of each exercise:

Squat – Squat down until your butt just reaches the chair and then come back up squeezing your butt tightly at the top of each squat. Remember to keep your knees behind your toes.

Squat (feet together) – With your feet together repeat the above with knees close together the entire time.

Butt Blaster – Lay across the chair with your hips just off the edge of the chair. Keeping your feet flat towards the sky and knees together, push your feet upward and squeeze your butt at the top.

Butt Blaster (wide) – Keeping your knees apart and feet together push up towards the sky squeezing your butt at the top.

Repeat all of these again.

Pushup Exercise and Equipment to help Individuals who are Blind or Visually Impaired

Some of the common fitness activities individuals who are Blind/Visually Impaired participate include yoga, stationary bike riding, aerobics, basketball, jumping rope and weight training. With the introduction of the PUSHUP GRIDâ„¢ – Pushup Training and Assessment Mat, the pushup exercise can now be added to this list with very little modification.

With the use of tactile function, individuals who are blind/visually impaired may now increase their options of fitness exercises and participate on an even playing field with their sighted peers by using the PUSHUP GRIDâ„¢ – Pushup Training and Assessment Mat

The pushup cadence can also be used to manage the velocity of pushup repetitions for all individuals.

Our exercise mat and pushup cadences are available to people who are Visually Impaired or Blind and organizations who are providing services for the blind (e.g. fitness for individuals who are Visually Impaired or Blind or exercise training for individuals who are Blind or Visually Impaired)

SOHI Fitness No Equipment Leg & Butt Circuit Training Workout

Correction: I stated in the beginning reverse lunges, but you will do regular lunges as I did in the video.

In all of the following exercises do not let your knees go over your toes, do all squats down to 90 degrees, and when doing lunges make sure the knee of your back leg closely touches the ground. To learn more about Megan’s classes visit www.sohifitness.com

Do the following exercises 24 times each one after another:
1. 24 Squats

2. 24 Lunges – Step forward with one foot. Do 12 on each leg.

3. 24 Frog Hops – Squat down until you touch the ground with your hands. Jump up while reaching up.

4. 24 Jumping Lunges – Do a lunge and alternate feet while jumping in the air.

5. 24 Touch Hops – Touch the ground while standing on one leg slightly bent with your other leg staying in the air. Then hop a small hop forward and backward and repeat.
Do 12 on each leg.

6. Side Squats – Squat down to 90 degrees and only come up halfway while stepping to the other side and squatting down to 90 degrees again.

Home gyms are great because they are ready when you are. This entire gym was put together for less than $2,000 dollars using Craigslist for great deals. I am in the best shape of my life and have recently cracked 200 lbs of solid muscle using this gym.

Increase your number of sit ups! Challenge yourself with these fast effective advanced ab workouts that target your entire abdominal muscles as well as your oblique muscles. The workouts I demonstrate in this ab routine video are by far the most effective exercises for targeting the ab muscles. The unsupported situp targets the abdominal muscles better than the crunch and regular supported situp (putting feet underneath something heavy for support), where you use more hip flexor muscles. These are advanced ab lifts. This ab routine will also help you increase your supported sit up count number. This video is a spin off of my previous two ab videos. This is not a tutorial, but more of an entertaining ab video that you can also perform if you want a hard ab workout, more efficient ab workout and better results. Home gym -crossfit . I progressed from a Door way chin up bar, then bought some weights and a bar off Kijiji. Then a squat rack and worked out in the basement. Then created a great gym in my garage!!
